This powerful and moving short film features a West Lothian farming family describing their experience of losing a family member to suicide.

Heartfelt thanks to Robert Arkley and his sister Susan, along with family members George and Alasdair Allan, who are highlighting how important it is to #KeepTalking and to speak openly about mental health.

Some people may find this video upsetting and contacts for help are available at the end of the video.

Please #KeepTalking.
