Ben travels to north Wales to meet Llyr Jones who runs multiple enterprises including 1500 sheep, 30 cattle, 16000 laying hens, a dead stock collection point and the only rape-seed oil press in Wales.

Llyr took the farm on earlier than expected due to his father’s poor health and has built the business step by step using a dedicated model of growth.
