How did some of the royal herd from Balmoral end up in Tipperary?

Meet husband and wife team, Philip and Elizabeth Quinn on their farm in South Tipperary. Hear how they recently acquired two gorgeous Highland cattle from Queen Elizabeth’s herd in Balmoral to add to their own herd.

Find out about their ‘Stonemad Studios’ business as Philip demonstrates some stone and wood carving for me. The Quinns are great people with enthusiasm for what they do. Hear about their workshops in the prison service, hand tools, local stone, their love for trees and find out which sliced pans their cattle prefer!
