Rock & Roll Farming goes on tour to Leyburn in North Yorkshire, to meet Philip Metcalfe, winner of the Royal Association of British Dairy Farmers Gold Cup 2018. His farm was the most impressive dairy farm I’ve EVER been on.

I also had a conversation with Kite Consulting’s John Allen, and journalist and market analysis, Chris Walkland, all about what makes a gold cup winner, and the current state of the UK dairy industry.
