Tonight I head down to Essex to talk to arable farmer and chair of the National Farmer’s Union Crops Board, Tom Bradshaw.

We talk about the huge changes he’s made to his family business, which now sees them farming over 1200ha on 6 different contract farming agreements, as well as having a riding school and 70 stables.

We also talk about the many different forms of personal development he’s undertaken over the years, from a Nuffield Scholarship to business and leadership courses, his appearance on the 2013 BBC TV show ‘Harvest’, and his involvement in the NFU.

All this, and much, much more.
