Jane Peyton reckons rum isn’t taken as seriously as it should be and is mostly associated with cocktails.

But in a tasting session led by Jake Sedge of Anno Distillers, AJ and Susie also start to eulogise about this underrated drink too and it seems that Susie may have been somewhat over-enthusiastic in her tasting duties.
