I farm in north Herefordshire with my father and a collection of dogs. We have a herd of pedigree Hereford cattle and a flock of Romney cross sheep. Given the intense scrutiny that agriculture is currently under, certainly in the UK, I plan to concentrate on improving our environment and farm with it, not against it. Our focus is very much on grass and getting the most from our soils, whilst aiming to build organic matter and sequester carbon using rotational grazing.
