We sit down with Birmingham chef Kray Treadwell, who you may know from BBC’s Great British Menu, a competition in which Kray got all the way to the final with his unique dishes and exciting take on the competition brief.

After training at Birmingham’s Michelin Star Purnells, Kray moved to Michael O’hare’s Man Behind The Curtain in Leeds, where he became head chef.
