Ben’s guest in this episode of Meet the Farmers is Essex turkey farmer Paul Kelly, who’s family breed KellyBronze turkeys, the best free-range turkeys in the UK 8 years running. About 25% of the fresh turkeys sold in the UK come from the Kelly hatchery.

Paul is an inspirational figure when it comes to marketing in food and farming, has mixed in celebrity chef circles to advance his turkey market, and has recently also begun a turkey venture across the pond.
