Buckwheat, grown for the pioneering food company, ‘Hodmedods’, being harvested for the first time at Fobbing Farms, UK.
This is a super nutritious and tasty grain, with a great many applications within food. And it is tremendous for wildlife, with flowers that appear after about six weeks until the crop is harvested.
