Who Gives a Fork is a podcast on the trail of the people and places behind your food, brought to you by food and farming journalists Nina Pullman and Jez Fredenburgh. Nina is the editor of Wicked Leeks, a sustainable food and ethical business magazine run by Riverford, one of the UK's biggest organic veg box companies. Before that, she was the deputy editor of Fresh Produce Journal, the UK's leading fresh produce magazine. She has also written for The Guardian, The Independent, The Ecologist, and Huffington Post. Jez is the editor of EatFarmNow and an independent journalist specialising in food, agriculture, sustainability and travel. Previously she was deputy business editor at Farmers Weekly, the UK's biggest agricultural magazine. She writes for the farming trade press and also National Geographic Traveller Food, Huck and Vice. Jez also runs podcast training courses. Nina and Jez started Who Gives a Fork while tracking down food and farming stories in South America.
