I’m Jack Pearce and my family have been growing vegetables for over 60 years. These include carrots and parsnips, to name a few. Come with me and see how vegetables are grow on mass scale, and then prepared, ready to be added to food dishes that you might have at your dinner table. Follow me on a veg journey!

About Jack

I’m a director of Alfred G Pearce Ltd, 3rd generation growers and processor of root vegetables and onions for food manufacturing and retail in the UK and Europe. We’re based outside King’s Lynn, in the heart of North West Norfolk. Alfred Pearce (my grandfather) began growing for food manufacturing in the 1950’s and we continue that tradition, adding in further processing. We now supply 30,000 tons of prepared ingredients, grown or contract-grown with partners, per year. Our growing specialities are carrots and parsnips.
