Today I head all the way to New Zealand to talk to Sophie Barnes, and hear all about her incredible journey from middle English town life, to sheep farming all over New Zealand.

We also discuss her ongoing battle with endometriosis, anxiety and depression, and how she deals with it on a daily basis.

I don’t use the word inspiration lightly, but I think it’s justified in this case. What a girl.
